Stop water seeping through bathroom floors, balconies and concrete tanks. SikaTop Seal-107 (MY) is a two-part cement waterproofing coat. Mix the liquid into the powder, then brush two coats onto damp concrete or plaster, running it 300 mm up the walls. It is approved for drinking-water tanks in Malaysia (SPAN and SIRIM).
How many sets do I need?
One 25 kg set covers about 12 m² of bathroom or balcony at two coats, walls included. For a tank holding more than 1 m of water, allow about 8 m² per set.
Good to know
- It is a waterproof layer, not a finished floor. Protect it with a SikaLatex screed before anyone walks on it.
- Wait 4–8 hours between coats, and keep it out of hot sun and rain for the first 8 hours.
- It will not stick to surfaces already treated with a water repellent.
- Use it within 6 months of the manufacturing date.
