SikaTop Seal-109 MY flexible cement waterproofing coat

A polymer-modified cement coating supplied as a liquid part and a powder part. Apply it to concrete and mortar to keep water out of water tanks, basements, car parks, terraces, balconies, bathrooms and other wet rooms. It bridges hairline cracks, resists freezing and thawing, and goes on easily by roller or brush.

• Pack: 36 kg set (Part A 10 kg white liquid + Part B 26 kg grey powder); mixed colour dark grey
• Crack bridging: up to 1 mm at +20 °C
• Pot life: about 30 minutes at +20 °C
• Coats: floors minimum 2 coats at about 1.0 kg/m² per coat; tiled wall splash zones 1 coat at about 1.0–1.5 kg/m²; add a third coat where water ingress is high
• Recoat: after 4–8 hours at +20 °C
• Apply when air and substrate are at least +8 °C
• Shelf life: 6 months in sealed packs
• Approval: Singapore Green Label
