Sikalastic-1 KMY one-part flexible cement waterproofing

A one-component, fibre-reinforced flexible cement mortar. Mix with water and apply by brush, roller or trowel, even on a damp surface. Used to waterproof tanks, basins, swimming pools, basement walls and floors, terraces and balconies, and compatible with the SikaCeram tiling system. It bridges cracks and bonds to concrete, mortar, stone, brick, ceramic and timber.

• Pack: 20 kg bag or box of 4 × 3 kg; grey powder
• Water per 1 kg powder: about 0.35 L (roller), 0.3 L (brush), 0.22 L (trowel)
• Consumption: about 1.0 kg/m² per mm; minimum 2 coats; wet areas about 2.0 kg/m², pools and ponds about 3.0 kg/m²
• Maximum 2 mm per coat by trowel
• Crack bridging: 0.75 mm or more at +23 °C (EN 14891)
• Pot life: about 30 minutes at +23 °C
• Apply when air and substrate are +5 °C to +40 °C
• Tiling or water-based paint after about 2 days at +20 °C; contact with drinking water after about 15 days
• Approvals: SPAN (potable water), Singapore Green Label
• Shelf life: 6 months in sealed packs
