Sikalastic-215 DRYLOK masonry wall waterproofer

A ready-to-use polymer waterproofer that soaks into porous concrete and masonry, seals the capillary pores and leaves a smooth white finish. It suits interior and exterior walls, above and below ground, including concrete block, stucco and brick, basements and lift pits, for both positive and negative-side waterproofing. Tested to ASTM D7088 at 15 PSI (about 10 m of water head), it contains a biocide against mildew on the dry film and can be overpainted with latex paint.

• Pack: 5 kg or 20 kg; colour white
• Coats: primer about 0.3 kg/m², then 2 coats at about 0.6 kg/m² each
• Recoat: first coat after about 45 minutes on a dry surface (about 2 hours on a wet surface); second coat after about 2 hours; latex paint after 24 hours (at +25 °C, 50 % humidity)
• Apply when air temperature is +10 °C to +40 °C and humidity is 85 % or less
• No water penetration at 15 PSI negative pressure (ASTM D7088)
• VOC below 25 g/L; shelf life 2 years in sealed packs
• Singapore Green Building Product certificate (Excellence)
