Sikalastic-110 water-based PU-bitumen waterproofing coat

A ready-to-use, water-based polyurethane/bitumen hybrid coating that dries into a seamless, highly elastic membrane that bridges cracks. It suits structures that move with heat or vibration, such as concealed reinforced-concrete flat roofs. It bonds well to concrete, can go straight onto damp surfaces, and applies by roller, brush or spray, even on walls and ceilings. Non-toxic and low in VOC.

• Pack: 20 kg pail; colour black
• Standard system: primer (diluted with 1 part water) about 0.2 kg/m², then 2 coats at about 0.65 kg/m² each
• Reinforced system: primer, first coat about 0.8 kg/m², one layer of Sika Reemat Premium-120, then 2 coats at about 0.5 kg/m² each
• Elongation at break about 1000 %; tensile strength about 1.5 N/mm² (without reinforcement)
• Apply when air and substrate are +5 °C to +40 °C; substrate moisture below 6 %
• Full cure: at least 48 hours at +25 °C
• Store at +5 °C to +30 °C; shelf life 12 months in sealed pails
