A one-part, cold-applied polyurethane liquid membrane that cures with moisture from the air, so there is no mixing. It forms a seamless, crack-bridging, chemical-resistant and root-resistant waterproof layer for flat or sloping roofs and external balcony and terrace decks, new or refurbished, including roofs with many details and failing roofs. It is rain resistant soon after application and lets the substrate breathe. It can also go under bonded tiles on balconies and terraces.
