Sikalastic U-Coating two-part PU roof top coat

A two-part aliphatic polyurethane top coat for roof waterproofing, part of the SikaRoof MTC UV system. Use it on fully exposed new or refurbished flat roofs, over aromatic polyurethane base coats and as the top coat of Sikalastic roof systems. It is cold applied with no heat or flame, recoats easily without removing the old coat, forms a seamless film and cures even at low temperatures (down to -5 °C).

• Mixing ratio A : B = 10 : 2 by weight
• Colour: green or grey (other colours on request; applied colour is approximate)
• Pot life: about 7 hours at +10 °C, 5 hours at +20 °C, 3 hours at +30 °C, 2 hours at +40 °C
• Apply when air is -5 °C to +40 °C and humidity is 85 % or less; substrate moisture 4 % or less
• By brush, solvent-resistant roller, air spray or airless spray
• Solids about 48 % by volume; density about 1.2 g/cm³
• Store at +10 °C to +25 °C; shelf life 12 months in sealed packs
