A one-part, polymer-modified cement adhesive, mixed with water, used to bond SikaShield W bitumen membranes to concrete. Use it on basements and other below-ground structures, horizontal slabs, decks and podiums, and vertical reinforced-concrete walls. It bonds the membrane well, needs little surface preparation and can be applied on wet concrete.
