Sika MultiSeal AP self-adhesive bitumen sealing tape

A self-adhesive, rubber-modified bitumen sealing tape with aluminium foil on the top face, made for sealing and repairing water leaks on roofs and other building elements. It sticks to many surfaces, is easy to apply, weatherproof, can be painted over and can be applied at low temperatures.

• Rolls 3 m long: 100 mm wide (box of 12) or 250 mm wide (box of 4)
• Colour: matt grey; thickness about 1.1 mm
• Tensile strength over 130 N/25 mm
• Service temperature -20 °C to +80 °C
• Apply when air is +5 °C to +45 °C (and 3 °C above dew point)
• Porous surfaces (concrete, brick, mortar): prime first with a bituminous primer such as Sika Igolflex R; metals, plastics and glazed tiles: clean with Sika Aktivator-205
• Shelf life 72 months in sealed packs
