Sikagard-700 S water repellent for concrete and masonry

A one-part, colourless siloxane water-repellent impregnation for absorbent cement-based surfaces. It soaks into the open pores, gives lasting water repellency and still lets water vapour pass in both directions. Use it on exposed concrete, cement render, concrete tiles, fibre cement, clay and lime-sand brickwork and natural stone, or as a hydrophobic primer under solvent-based or emulsion coatings. It reduces capillary water uptake, efflorescence, dirt and chloride ingress, and usually does not change the look of the surface.
