Sikagard-703 GroutSeal water repellent for tile grout

A ready-to-use, water-based silane/siloxane emulsion that soaks deep into tile joints, hairline cracks and building surfaces to keep water out. The treatment is usually invisible and does not change how the surface looks. It also helps resist dirt pick-up and fungal and algal growth, and can be painted over with suitable paints and coatings. Apply with a low-pressure spray gun, brush or roller in one layer from top to bottom.

• Pack: 500 ml, 1 L or 5 L pail; whitish liquid
• Consumption: about 0.15–0.20 kg/m² on concrete and mortar; about 0.30–0.50 kg/m² on porous material
• Protect from rain for at least 3 hours at +20 °C; no curing needed
• Paint over after at least 5 hours for Sikagard polymer paint
• Apply when air and substrate are +5 °C to +35 °C
• Store sealed, dry, +5 °C to +40 °C; shelf life 12 months
