SikaLatex-118 water-resistant bonding agent and mortar additive

A synthetic polymer emulsion that you add to cement mortar where good adhesion and water resistance are needed. It suits tropical conditions. Use it in thin patching mortars, renders, floor screeds, concrete repair mortars, abrasion-resistant linings, tile-fixing mortars and masonry mortars. It improves adhesion, reduces shrinkage and raises water, abrasion and chemical resistance. It is ready to use and non-corrosive.
