SikaLatex MY SBR latex bonding and repair additive

A modified styrene-butadiene emulsion (formerly sold as SikaLatex) that you mix with neat cement or cement-sand mortar. It improves adhesion and water resistance. Use it for stronger floor screeds with less dusting, wear-resistant floor toppings, repair and patching mortars, bonding coats for render, tile-fixing and masonry mortars, and as a bonding grout between old and new concrete and at construction joints. It also raises flexural and tensile strength and chemical resistance, and does not re-emulsify even in strongly alkaline conditions.
